Chinese Fried Rice with Sauce

  • Boiled Rice 500 gm
  • Salt to taste
  • Cabbage 1 cup
  • Capsicum 1
  • Carrot 1
  • Green Onions 1
  • Onion 1
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Beaten Eggs 1
  • Chinese Salt 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Sauce Ingredients:
  • Oil 2-3 tbsp
  • Chopped Garlic 1-2 cloves
  • Fried Onion 1

  • Tomato Ketchup 1 -2 cup
  • Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
  • Black Pepper 1 tsp
  • White pepper 1 tsp
  • Corn Flour 2 tbsp

Chinese Vegetable Fried Rice with Sauce:

  • Firstly make stock for sauce which will be served with chinese friend rice,u can make it from original chicken bones or from chicken powder ,which of these you’ll get easy,go ahead Boil 500grams of rice (sela/ basmati) with 1tbsp salt.Cut all veges like cabbage,capsicum,carrot,green onion n normal onion for sauce .Take a pan , put 1-2tbsp of oil ,add 1-2 chopped garlic, saute it,then add whisked egg in it n make it into small pieces, then add all veges, after 2-3 mins add boiled rice ,then fastly add 1 tspoons of chinese salt, normal refined salt (as to ur taste) , soy sauce 2 tbsp, sugar 2tsp, n mix all veges n rice together n put it on 3-5 mins low flame rest, n after this putt off burner n then add green part of green onion –


  • First take a pan add 1-2 or 3 tsp of oil , add 1-2 cloves of chooped garlic n then turn it brown,then add all veges including normal red onion square cube shaped ,saute all veges , add salt,chinese salt as to ur taste , add 1-2 cup tomato plain ketchup in it , add soy sauce ,add black n white pepper powder 1-1 tsp , after this add half kg of stock it ,after 3 to 4 mins at boiling state add 1-2 tbsp dissolved corn flour in it – turn off burner ,at last add green part of green onion in it n serve – sauce is ready
