The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 was originally thought to come out this month but it might actually be delayed to October.
A new Samsung advertisement digging heavily at the iPhone 6 Plus for imitating the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 from 2012 states “The next big thing is here October 2014.”
The video does not state an exact date, so that still leaves the entire month of October up for a possible Galaxy Note 4 release date. But at least we have a bit more confirmation it won’t ship this month.

Samsung has not even officially announced the price of its latest phablet. The only hint of the device’s cost is a Indonesian listing spotted on August 14 putting the large handset at 9,499,000 Indonesian Rupiahs (or around £490, $810, AU$870).
Not bigger but better
While the picture isn’t very clear on when or how much the Galaxy Note 4 will release for, we’ve already gotten our hands-on with it.
The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 like its predecessor has a 4.7-inch screen, but this is the first device from the Korean smartphone maker to sport a 2,560 x 1,440 Quad HD Super AMOLED display.
The phablet is also equipped with the latest mobile device internals including a 2.7GHz Qualcomm 805 with 3GB of RAM. Users will be able to choose between the 32GB and 64GB of storage, although they could just insert a microSD for additional disk space.
As for cameras the Galaxy Note 4 is outfitted with a 16MP rear camera, and for the first time a much wider f/1.9 lens on the front backed up by a 3.7MP sensor.
The device also sports Samsung’s new metal-rimmed design first seen on the Samsung Galaxy Alpha. We’re sure to hear more details on the price and availability of the Samsung Galaxy Note 4, until then stay tuned to this space.
