STRAWBERRY SOUFFLE

Ingredients:

  • Condensed Milk 1 tin
  • Strawberries (frozen) 2 cups
  • Strawberry Juice half cup
  • Strawberry Essence half tsp
  • Milk half cup
  • Whipped Cream 1.5 cup
  • Gelatin 1 tsp

Method:

  • Blend together frozen strawberries condensed milk strawberry juice with gelatin(dissolved with strawberry juice). Fold in whipped cream. Chill for few hours. Garnish with whipped cream and strawberry slices.
